VICRO MOULDINGS is proud to have initiated lightweight exterior mouldings here in South Africa. Considered the "norm" in European Building methods, these mouldings have been successfully tried and tested in Europe for over 15 years.
Polystyrene moulding is used purely as a mould. It is an ideal medium to base the lightweight moulding upon due to the fact that it is a non-biodegradable substance and that it does not absorb moisture.
Cut on a CNC machine, all profiles are accurate to within 0.5 of a millimeter allowing for consistency and precision with every length. By coating the styrene with our POLY ROCK COATING the mould becomes ROCK HARD allowing for outside use.
WARNING - once adhered and allowed to dry in place it is only removable by hammer and chisel. The bond is "concrete"!
